“Take As Needed For Pain” è il secondo album degli Sludge metallers Eyehategod, uscito il 22 marzo del 1993 e ristampato nel 2006, insieme ad altri album, in occasione dei 20 anni di Century Media, con 6 bonus tracks, prese da rari 7″ e split.
Nel 2017 Rolling Stone lo ha inserito alla posizione numero 92 nella lista “The 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time”.
