“Keeper of the Seven Keys: Part II” è il terzo album in studio dei Power metallers tedeschi Helloween, uscito il 29 agosto del 1988. Ottenne la certificazione d’oro in Germania e raggiunse la posizione 108 negli Stati Uniti.
Dalla release vennero pubblicati due singoli: “Dr. Stein” e “I Want Out”, che rimane una delle canzoni più conosciute della band, riproposta da tante band Metal come: Gamma Ray, Unisonic, HammerFall, LORD and Sonata Arctica.
