“Blessing in Disguise” è il terzo album in studio degli americani Metal Church, uscito il 7 febbraio del 1989, l’ultimo per Elektra Records. È il primo che non vede la presenza di David Wayne alla voce, che era uscito dalla band per formare i Reverend.
Vede invece la partecipazione di Mike Howe (ex-Heretic) come cantante e del chitarrista John Marshall.
